They do record if motion activated. Locations - Ring doorbell, corner of garage and back two exterior corners of the house. • Parking: Ample parking is available, with space for 6+ vehicles (trailer parking is permitted) and additional street parking if needed. HOUSE RULES: - No smoking of any kind or vaping inside the home or in the lanai/pool area - No animals allowed - Violations will result in fines - No events, parties, or large gatherings - No glitter or confetti - Violations will result in additional cleaning fees of $75.00 per hour - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - NOTE: This single-story property requires 1 step to enter. No interior stairs are required - NOTE: There is an optional pool heat fee of $40/night and must be paid for the entire stay. The pool takes 24-48 hours to heat up. Please request and pay the pool fee at least 48 hours prior to check-in to ensure time for pool to heat. - NOTE: The hot tub is operated via an app. Please reach out to Guest Contact to coordinate spa heating times prior to your arrival - NOTE: Tampering with pool equipment or unplugging the exterior ring cameras or WIFI (ring cameras operate off of the WIFI) is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in an immediate cancellation of booking and you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of remaining nights. Damaged caused by this violation will result in fines to guest.

Neighborhood
That famous saying, don't judge a book by its cover is fully fitting for our neighborhood. Our home is nestled in an older community dating back to 1915. Lots of older family homes passed down from generation to generation with new builds mixed in between, such as ours. We ❤️our home and our neighborhood. You can feel safe leaving the windows open or taking a nice stroll down to the park located just .5 miles with a walking path and playground. We also have amazing neighbors. Our little street is like a block full of family, we all keep an eye on each others homes. It's a great little community we loved calling home.

We have an extended drive-way with ample parking. It will easily fit 6 cars or if you have a boat trailer or RV that you need to park, it should fit easily in the extended pasrt of the drive-way with plenty of room for your vehicles. Street parking is also available.
